Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Policy

To request a return, please email team@snxvii.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date.

SNXVII does not provide prepaid return labels unless an item was sent incorrectly, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SNXVII is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

 


Please include clear photos in your email. Once the item is returned and inspected:

  • A replacement will be sent (if available), or

  • A full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable

Some garments may experience color variation or fading over time. Always follow care instructions. SNXVII is not responsible for color fading, bleeding, or transfer.


Sizing

Fit may vary by style. Please review our Size Chart carefully before purchasing. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Refunds

Refunds will only be approved if all conditions below are met:

  • Item is returned within 14 business days of delivery

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags are attached

  • No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

 

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, accessories, and limited releases are final sale and not eligible for return

 

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time varies by bank (PayPal refunds are typically instant)
